Partner Programs - Digital Customer Care Professional | Age 18-29

The Digital Customer Care Professional Program is an accelerated 10-week program that launches low-income, diverse youth into in-demand customer care careers with industry-leading firms such as CIBC, RBC, Rogers, TD and Ecobee. This program provides young adults with free skills training, connections to employers, job placement services and 2 years of support to help graduates advance in their careers. Eligible youth must be ages 18-29, have completed high school and be eligible to work in Canada. This program is developed and led by NPower Canada and delivered in partnership with MLSE LaunchPad to include a sport component that promotes a healthy active lifestyle.

NPower Canada is a charitable organization that launches underserved young adults into meaningful and sustainable careers. The program provides participants with free in-demand digital and professional skills training, and connects them to new and rewarding career opportunities with some of Canada’s largest employers. Through consultation with a wide range of employers, NPower Canada’s comprehensive curriculum ensures participants are equipped with the in-demand technical and professional skills most sought after by industry.
